| Former ski jump champion Adam Malysz was bruised in a car crash shortly after setting a speed record in Poland. Malysz was driving at about 180 kph (111 mph) at a test range near the western town of Zagan on Thursday when his SUV skidded and landed on its roof. The Lakewood, Colo.-based trade group in May estimated there were 60.1 million skier visits at U.S. resorts this season.
