| PARK CITY, Utah (March 4) - It was almost a perfect storm - a blizzard of results. Saturday, the U.S. Ski Team and U.S. Snowboarding enjoyed one of its best competitive days ever. Americans won four World Cups Saturday, with three additional podium finishes. Among the winners were U.S. Snowboarding's Lindsey Jacobellis (Stratton Mountain, VT) and Nick Baumgartner (Iron River, MI) who swept the Visa U.S. Snowboarding Cup SBX in Lake Placid, and the U.S. Ski Team's Emily Cook (Belmont, MA), who won her first World Cup aerials event in Moscow. | |
