| McInerney Homes, one of Ireland?s largest home builders, has published outline plans for ?Station Cove,? a ?3 - ?5 billion development incorporating between 1000 and 3000 houses, a school, shops, and a leisure centre with indoor ski slope. The company is reported to have been working on the plan in conjunction with local businesses for four years and hopes to be in a position to submit formal plans to the local council and seek planning permission later this year. |
